CODE Organization has successfully trained 8,610 candidates across various sectors including Apparel, Power, Construction, Electronics & Hardware, Green Jobs, Healthcare, IT-ITES, Leather, Animal Husbandry, Tourism & Hospitality, and Telecom since 2018-19. Through these employment-oriented programs, the organization has provided these individuals with valuable job opportunities.

The Nayi Manzil project in Rajasthan focuses on providing training and skills development for marginalized youth. This initiative aims to enhance employability and offer job opportunities by equipping individuals with necessary vocational skills. The project typically includes various training modules, workshops, and placement support to ensure participants are well-prepared for the job market. It often targets specific sectors based on local needs and opportunities, helping to bridge the gap between education and employment.
Under the Nayi Manzil project, CODE Organization provided training to 60 candidates in Rajasthan for the self-employed tailor job role. This training included skills development in tailoring as well as business management. The goal was to equip the candidates to start their own tailoring businesses and create new employment opportunities for themselves. The program aimed to make them economically self-sufficient and improve their financial stability through their own ventures.

The Hunar Project is a vocational training initiative designed to enhance the skills and employability of individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds. It focuses on providing practical training in various trades and industries, with the goal of improving job readiness and career prospects. By equipping participants with relevant skills and knowledge, the project aims to bridge the gap between education and employment, supporting sustainable livelihoods and economic empowerment.
Under the Hunar CSR Project, sponsored by Wonder Cement Pvt. Ltd., CODE Organization provided training to 60 candidates in the self-employed tailor job role and facilitated employment opportunities for them.

The DAY-NULM (Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana - National Urban Livelihoods Mission) project in Rajasthan focuses on improving the livelihoods of the urban poor through various initiatives. It aims to enhance employment opportunities and provide skill development and training. Key components of the project include:
1. Employment through Skill Development: Offering training programs and vocational skills to enhance employability.
2. Self-Employment Opportunities: Supporting individuals in starting their own businesses with financial assistance and resources.
3. Social Mobilization: Building capacity through community-based organizations to empower urban poor communities.
4. Urban Poverty Alleviation: Implementing measures to address and reduce urban poverty through targeted support.
The project aims to create sustainable livelihoods and improve the quality of life for urban poor in Rajasthan.

The Powergrid CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) project focuses on improving community welfare through various initiatives. It typically involves supporting education, healthcare, infrastructure development, and environmental sustainability in areas impacted by Powergrid’s operations. The goal is to enhance the quality of life for local communities, promote sustainable development, and foster positive relations with stakeholders.
CODE Organization has trained 240 candidates under the Powergrid (CSR) project for job roles as Distribution Lineman and Consumer Energy Meter Technician. This training has provided the candidates with technical skills and practical knowledge, enhancing their employability and addressing the workforce needs in the local energy sector.

The NISE-Suryamitra scheme is an initiative launched by the National Institute of Solar Energy (NISE) to promote solar energy training and employment. Under this scheme, individuals receive training in various aspects of solar energy systems, including installation, maintenance, and operation. The program aims to equip participants with the necessary skills to work in the growing solar energy sector and support India’s renewable energy goals. It focuses on creating a skilled workforce capable of contributing to the expansion of solar energy infrastructure and services.
CODE Organization has provided training to 390 candidates under the Suryamitra scheme for the roles of Solar Panel Installation and Technician Suryamitra. This training is aimed at equipping the participants with the skills required for these roles in the solar energy sector and helping them secure employment opportunities.

The Pradhan Mantri Khanij Kshetra Kalyan Yojana (PMKKKY) is a Government of India scheme launched in 2015 to promote socio-economic development in areas affected by mining operations. It is funded through contributions from the District Mineral Foundation (DMF), which receives funds from mining companies. PMKKKY focuses on improving infrastructure, healthcare, education, and environmental management in these regions. The scheme involves state governments preparing and implementing development plans, with an emphasis on transparency and accountability through regular audits and reports. Its goal is to ensure that mining-induced benefits reach local communities and enhance their quality of life.
Under the PMKKKY project, CODE Organization provided training to 210 candidates in the fields of Apparel, IT-ITES, and Green Jobs, thereby offering them employment opportunities.

EDP

Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) training is designed to equip individuals with the essential skills and knowledge to start and manage their own businesses effectively. It covers critical areas such as business planning, financial management, marketing strategies, legal requirements, and operational management. By combining theoretical learning with practical exercises and mentorship, EDP training aims to empower aspiring entrepreneurs to launch and sustain successful ventures, fostering innovation and contributing to economic development CODE Organization provided training to 400 candidates under the EDP project, creating employment opportunities for them.

The NHDP Skill Development programme in the handicraft sector focuses on enhancing artisans' skills through specialized training in traditional and modern techniques. It aims to improve craftsmanship, market readiness, and entrepreneurial capabilities while promoting sustainable practices. The programme includes hands-on workshops, mentorship from experts, access to resources, and marketing support, ultimately empowering artisans to produce high-quality, competitive products and successfully manage their enterprises.
